Returning Player Registration Forms

Returning player registration packages will be mailed out the first week of April 2008, registration before May 5th guarantees a placement on a team; after May 5th all players registering will be placed in numerical order.

Please ensure NMHA has your up to date mailing information!

New Player Registration Forms

New player registration will begin Monday May 5th, 2008, 5pm-8pm, all players registering will be placed in numerical order for placing on teams, if space is available. DO NOT drop off forms earlier or it will be returned by mail to your home address!!! Download New Player Registration form below:
